• What will be the first thing to do to hire your service?
  You give us a brief on your requirement and let us to do a site inspection. That will be the starting point so that we can give our quote for the work
• Do you prepare the design?
  We prepare the basic design along with our quote. Upon confirmation of the work we can develope detailed design.
• Can you do the work for the design developed by my Architect/ Interior designer?
  We are very happy to work that way.
• How do you I compare your rates?
  Out quote contains a detailed BOQ (Bill of Quantities) along with specifications and design. You can remove our rates and ask other contractors to bid for the same. This way you will be able to do apple to apple comparison. We encourage our clients to take comparison to find how lower our rates are!
• Do all the elements shown in the design come under your scope?
  We prepare the holistic design for your review. But, not all the elements shown in the drawings/ 3D images will always come under our scope. Our scope of works will be defined only by the detailed Bill of Quantity (BOQ)
• Can you handle the Electrical, AC, Security system works as well?
  We give you complete turnkey solutions inclusive of all Interior requirements.
• I have my Electrical & AC vendor. Can you work along with them?
  We can coordinate well with other vendors at site and complete the works smoothly.
• Can you execute the work if I Supply the materials?
  Sorry, we don’t work in that model we give complete solution with materials and service.
• Can you do the Interior refurbishment of my office without affecting the regular functioning of office?
  We can always plan our work in phased manner and execute in non office hours (only in the night). But this will have an impact on the project timeline.
• Is your wood works are made at site or factory?
  The frame works and boxing will be done at site. The shutters & finishes will be done at factory.
• How long will you take to complete the works?
  Based on the size and the complexity of the project we decide on the Timelines. We ensure that quality is not compromised because of the shorter timelines.
• Can I pay you after you complete all the works?
  We give our detailed payment terms along with our quote. Usually we take an advance and interim payments. At the time we handover the completed work, only 10% of the project value will be left to be paid.
• How about the Guarantee/ warranty of your work?
  Guarantee / warranty of the bought out items will be transferred to you. The installed work will have a defect liability period of 3 months. We are always at your service to support you in future maintenance.
• I’ve just booked a flat...when is the right time to call you?
  The actual Interior work can be started after your builder completes all the works except final coat of paint. But finalizing the Interior design at the earliest, helps in getting some required changes done by the builder himself.
